What people ask the most
Do they damage my natural lashes?
No, when applied and maintained properly. We respect every natural growth cycle and use proper weight.
How often do I need a refill?
Every 3 to 4 weeks to keep density even.
How long do they last?
Each extension lasts the natural lash cycle (~6-8 weeks). With refills every 3-4 weeks you keep the look always.
Can I swim and work out?
Yes, after the first 24 hours. Just avoid saunas at very high temperatures.
Can I wear makeup?
Yes, but only shadows and eyeliner that are NOT oil-based. NEVER use mascara (ruins them and damages your lashes).
What if my natural lashes are thin?
We use very light extensions (0.05 - 0.07 mm) to avoid damage. The intake consult determines the right type and thickness.
Is it painful?
Not at all. Most clients fall asleep during the session.
What if an extension falls off?
Losing 1-3 per day is normal (they fall with the natural lash). If more, come for a refill or a free check-up within the first week.
