1. Acceptance

By using this website or booking a service at Mia's Aesthetics, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of services

Mia's Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic services. Website information is educational and does NOT constitute medical advice. For any health condition consult a qualified medical professional.

3. Informed consent

Before any treatment you will sign an informed consent document covering: the procedure, benefits and risks, available alternatives, pre and post-care, and disclosure of all your medical conditions, allergies and medications. No treatment without signed consent.

4. Appointment, deposit and cancellation policy

• Certain treatments (Botox, Morpheus 8, Thermage, fillers) may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free and keeps the deposit valid.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

5. Results

Results vary by individual (genetics, age, lifestyle, skin condition). Images and testimonials are real examples but do not guarantee identical results for you.

6. Contraindications

Certain conditions prevent or postpone specific treatments: pregnancy or breastfeeding, active autoimmune disease, certain cancers, pacemakers, documented allergies, anticoagulant treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose all health conditions before treatment.

7. Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle and any other credit card. Payment is due at the end of service unless a deposit was previously agreed.

8. Refunds

Performed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your treatment, contact us within 7 days for assessment and a solution (touch-up, additional session, etc.).

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, videos, logo, design) belongs to Mia's Aesthetics or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California and US federal law, Mia's Aesthetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use or treatments when the client has concealed relevant medical information or has not followed post-treatment instructions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
